Jonathan got back from New Orleans Wednesday. Sleep deprived, but good. He's got tomorrow off to help get caught up. He enjoyed the food and said the city was "interesting". From his pictures, I'm not upset about deciding not to join him.



He's heading to Sante Fe next Thursday afternoon-Friday with COP.



I finished my Vegas scrapbook while he was away. Now, after a brief break I'll get started on Gunnison camping and Denver trips to complete my Vacations 2010 album.



Not a lot going on. Taking it easy, enjoying the warmer weather. Hoping to make it to Durango this weekend for sushi.

Jonathan's heading out to New Orleans tomorrow morning at 6am. Happy I don't have to drive him to the airport that early!!! :) He will be back on Wednesday afternoon.

I am getting ready to finish my Vegas scrapbook (hopefully) and probably do a little shopping and cleaning too!

We went to dinner in Farmington for Valentine's day last night. We went to the St. Clair winery and has a great dinner. We tried some Chocolate wine, which was interesting. Then we went and saw Sanctum which was tramatizing for me. This morning I found out it wasn't really a true story, just the concept was based on true events so that made me feel much better about it.

We spent the day at Durango Mountain skiing/snowboarding with a co-worker of mine and her husband. He is a level 3 certified ski instuctor so he helped me a lot! We had a good time. It was a great day but got cold and windy so we headed out around 2:30.

Now we're home, filled with Chili's to go and watching the Super Bowl. I'm waiting for the Glee episode afterwards then I'm heading to sleep!!

Back to work again this week, then Jonathan leaves Sunday for New Orleans.

We had a good weekend. Went to Durango,CO Friday night for sushi! It was some of the best I've had yet. Saturday and Sunday we stayed home and didn't do too much. Jonathan fixed the fence in our backyard that wasn't constructed well to begin with. I re-organized our kitchen cabinets and worked on my Vegas scrapbook.

Now we're enjoying the snow and kind of cold. It is supposed to snow for a few days, but we'll see...

We cut the tree into 4 pieces. You can tell by Garrett and Jonathan standing on either side how big the flame was getting.

We had a good week. Jonathan's friend Chris brought us 2 phesant that we made and were please with. He fried then like chicken and that's basically what they tasted like. Friday night we wennt to Durango to eat with our friends and watch them burn their Christmas tree. We took come pictures and videos. That was pretty entertaining. Saturday we were planning to go ski but I have been fighting a cold and we didn't make it. Jonathan made gumbo instead from our friend Andrew's recipe. We put chicken, shrimp and spicy sausage in it. It was SO good!!! I've been trying to feel better today. We've spent it on the sofa mainly. Nice to have a relaxing weekend every once and a while. Next weekend I will probably be heading to Durango for a girlie day with Melissa and 2 of my co-workers. Should be fun.
