Jonathan's not the only chef in the house, I just don't like to show off too much! :) Tonight's dish was yummy!

Prime Sirloin topped with a rosemary & red wine reduction andcrispy fried onions, sauteed spinach, and black rice.

I received my pictures in the mail from our trip to Phoenix in February and had to share some! We had so much fun and are so happy for Josh & Lacey!!

Iditarod

It's Iditarod time in Alaska. We went to the "start" of the race in downtown Anchorage this morning. The official start is tomorrow afternoon in Willow. Today's start was more of a ceremonial start, tomorrow the race is on.

It was fun to see all of the dogs. They are much smaller than I expected and full of energy. When they are waiting around they are very excited and talkative. Then once they are in line to race it's all business and ready to do their job.
