We made it back to Farmington after our weekend in OK. We had a good drive and are glad to be home. Now we have tomorrow to recover and get a few things done around the house before work on Thursday.

We had a good visit with my parents last weekend. We're heading to NE OK this weekend fo the 4th. It's the first roadtrip with the pup. Finger-crossed that it all goes well!

Once we return we don't have anything planned for a while. I'm sure that will change quickly.

We're heading to Moab,UT / Arches National Park tomorrow and will return Sunday. We decided this sounded like a fun weekend. I was annoyed because dogs aren't allowed on the trails so we had to find something to do with Daphne. Luckily a friend from work offered to come by a couple of times tomorrow to let her out to potty, feed her, etc. We decided since there's no Daphne we'd get a hotel instead of the pop-up.

Should be a fun trip!!

I gave in today and bought myself a Cricut.

 It's basically a paper die cutter machine. It is AWESOME. I've been borrowing a friends since I started scrapbooking but decided it was time to invest.

Now my cartriage collecting begins! :)

We are back from our cruise. We got in around 12:30-1:00 this morning. In my sleepiness I set my alarm wrong so didn't get up on time to get Daphne this morning. We slept until 11am this morning!!

Laundry has begun, Daphne is home and smelling clean and the yard is mowed.

Now getting ready for a family visit this weekend!! YES!!! and heading back to work tomorrow, NO!

Heading out bright and early tomorrow morning to fly to Ft. Lauderdale. Boarding the big boat Sunday morning. We are READY and in need of a vacation!

We had a fun weekend. Headed up to La Plata Canyon (Hesperus, CO) Friday after work. It is one of my favorite places. About an hour away, on the river, lots of trails and beautiful!! Other than our crazy dog deciding she wanted to sleep with us a whining all night, LITERALLY!!! It was good. We drove around some Saturday before heading home. Most of the roads are still pretty rough from winter so we weren't able to get too far.

We headed to the dog park this afternoon and Daphne got some good play time in. She even tested out the river. She decided to run across my foot at some point and sliced open my toe. Pedicure has been postponed a couple of days.

We booked a shore excursion for our cruise today. We will be taking a boat to a private snorkeling and shipwreck location in Grand Cayman. Can't' wait! It should be awesome.
